Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Important Hygiene Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals and flip flops that have been tried on without protective foot coverings. All other footwear categories (including sneakers, loafers, and dress shoes) are eligible for returns.
