Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your FlexySneaks:
- Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and return request (use the template below)
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label if your return qualifies for free return shipping (U.S. customers only)
- Package your items securely in the original box
- Attach the return label and drop off at any DHL/FedEx location
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- U.S. Customers: Free returns via prepaid label for defective or incorrect items
- International Customers: Customer pays return shipping (we recommend using tracked mail)
- Exchanges: We cover one-way shipping for size exchanges
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
